You will work closely with experienced practitioners on technology transactions, AI governance, privacy, cyber security and regulatory matters, while mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

Experience in technology, media or intellectual property law.
Experience in commercial litigation and disputes.
Privacy and cyber security expertise.
Technology contracting and transactions.
Defamation and media law exposure.
Consumer law, advertising and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on technology transactions, procurement and commercial contracting.
Provide guidance on AI governance, data privacy and regulatory compliance.
Assist with cyber security, incident response and investigations.
Support defamation, IP protection and enforcement matters.
Build client relationships and contribute to business development.
Mentor junior lawyers as appropriate.
