The Role

Working closely with experienced practitioners, the successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of matters including:

• Technology transactions, procurement, sourcing and commercial contracting
• Artificial intelligence governance, risk management and emerging technology issues
• Privacy, data protection, spam and surveillance law compliance
• Cyber preparedness, incident response and regulatory investigations
• Defamation and reputation management matters
• Online intermediary liability issues
• Intellectual property protection, enforcement and infringement disputes
• Competition and consumer law matters
• Advertising and marketing compliance
• Election and regulatory matters
• Commercial disputes, litigation and dispute resolution
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development initiatives and practice growth
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, depending on level of experience

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess experience in one or more of the following areas:
