Job summary

Broken Hill Motor Company in Australia is seeking a Technician to become the technical backbone of our Toyota, Mazda and multi-franchise dealership. You will take ownership of technical performance, mentor developing technicians and work closely with manufacturer support teams to solve complex vehicle concerns.

This role offers opportunities to influence workshop direction, drive efficiency, ensure safety and quality, and support apprentices.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability.
• Experience within a franchised dealership environment preferred.
• At least several years of post-trade industry experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
• The ability to mentor others and share your knowledge.
• A proactive attitude and leadership potential.
• Current Driver's License
• National Police Check
