Job summary

Torque Honda & BYD is seeking a motivated Automotive Technician to join our workshop team in Australia. You will service, diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles for both Honda and BYD, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer experiences.

A trade certificate, dealership experience, and interest in hybrid/electric tech are highly regarded. You’ll work in a modern workshop with supportive colleagues, focusing on safety, efficiency, and collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• A qualified Automotive Technician trade certificate.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Previous dealership experience highly regarded.
• Experience or an interest in hybrid and electric vehicle technology is advantageous.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A current and valid driver’s licence.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

About the Role

As a Technician at Torque Honda & BYD, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing customer vehicles to the highest standards. Working in a modern workshop alongside experienced automotive professionals, you will be responsible for delivering quality workmanship while contributing to an outstanding customer experience across both Honda and BYD vehicles.
