Job summary

Hoban Recruitment is seeking reliable and tech-savvy Warehouse & Technical Support Operators to join our Prestons, NSW operation. This hands-on role blends warehouse packing with entry-level technical duties, offering a unique split between physical and computer-based work.

Location is Prestons, NSW with Mon-Fri hours 6:30am–2:45pm and a pay rate of AUD 35.66 per hour plus super. Weekly pay, on-site parking, and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, or logistics experience is highly regarded.
• Comfortable working with computers, laptops, and basic hardware components.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Good communication skills and confidence liaising with internal stakeholders.
• Basic administrative and data entry skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform packing duties on the warehouse production line.
• Update software and servers on computers and laptops.
• Carry out basic technical tasks, including replacing cables and components where required.
• Support a combination of warehouse and entry-level technician duties.
• Maintain an email account and liaise with internal customers.
• Complete administrative tasks, including logging completed procedures and tracking future system updates.
• Follow workplace procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
