• 7+ years of experience drafting documentation for multi-platform systems.
• Ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating knowledge articles, procedures, and user guides.

Responsibilities

• Draft high-quality documentation for web applications with complex designs.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, testers and owners to validate designs.
• Develop and maintain document templates and control frameworks.
• Produce FAQs, user guides and manuals for a fast-paced project.
