Job summary

Micromine, a global mining software leader, invites a Technical Writer to join the documentation team. You will transform complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content that guides customers through the software journey.

You’ll collaborate with product and development teams to capture updates and drive documentation excellence across a global portfolio. You will contribute to standards, localization tooling, and strong user guidance, while shaping how users experience our software in a

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Writer in software/mining tech environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate complex concepts for end users.
Experience with technical authoring and content management tools; MadCap Flare favored.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain release notes, installation guides, configuration manuals, online help and user documentation.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, testers and support teams on updates and docs.
Translate technical concepts into clear content for diverse audiences.
Review and update existing documentation for accuracy and consistency.
Contribute to documentation standards and best practices.
Support documentation tools and localisation workflows.
