Job summary

Magentus is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our Product team and support the Clinical Diagnostics portfolio across APAC. You will produce clear, accurate documentation and collaborate with product managers, engineers and subject matter experts to ensure the customer experience aligns with product releases.

This role requires exceptional written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information for technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in technical writing, software documentation or content development.
• Experience working in healthcare, pathology or clinical diagnostics environments is highly regarded.
• Exceptional written communication with strong attention to detail, grammar and accuracy.
• Proven ability to translate technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using documentation tools such as Confluence.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar software development lifecycle tools.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.

About The Role

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our Product team and support our Clinical Diagnostics portfolio across APAC.

Reporting to the Head of Product, Pathology APAC, you'll play a key role in shaping how our customers understand and interact with our software products. Working closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers and Subject Matter Experts, you'll create and maintain clear, accurate and user-friendly documentation that enhances the customer experience and supports successful product adoption.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys simplifying complex information, collaborating across teams and driving continuous improvement in documentation practices.

Key responsibilities
