Magentus is seeking a meticulous Technical Writer to join our Product team, supporting our Clinical Diagnostics portfolio across APAC. You will craft and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation that enhances product adoption and customer understanding.

Reporting to the Head of Product, Pathology APAC, you’ll work with PMs, software engineers and SMEs to translate complex concepts into accessible content, ensuring alignment with releases and continuous improvement in documentation practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, software documentation or content development.
• Experience in technology, healthcare, pathology or clinical diagnostics environments is a plus.
• Exceptional written communication with strong grammar and accuracy.
• Ability to translate technical information for technical and non-technical audiences.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our Product team and support our Clinical Diagnostics portfolio across APAC.

Reporting to the Head of Product, Pathology APAC, you'll play a key role in shaping how our customers understand and interact with our software products. Working closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers and Subject Matter Experts, you'll create and maintain clear, accurate and user-friendly documentation that enhances the customer experience and supports successful product adoption.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and improve user manuals, product documentation and release-related content.

• Work closely with subject matter experts, developers, software engineers and product managers to gather and validate information.

• Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, consistent and aligned with product releases.

About You

You are a collaborative and proactive communicator with a passion for creating high-quality documentation. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments and have a strong ability to make complex information easy to understand.

You’ll bring:

• 3+ years' experience in technical writing, software documentation or content development.

• Experience working within technology, healthcare, pathology or clinical diagnostics environments will be highly regarded.

• Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail, grammar and accuracy.

• Proven ability to translate technical information into content suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience using documentation tools such as Confluence.

• Familiarity with Jira or similar software development lifecycle tools.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• A curious mindset, commitment to continuous improvement and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
