You will align training with BMW Group standards, drive capability development, and ensure readiness for new product launches across dealer networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or related field and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
• Proven experience in technical training design/delivery within the automotive industry.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the technical training strategy across BMW networks.
• Design and deliver training programs for technicians, apprentices, and body repair specialists.
• Drive training needs analysis and structured learning pathways.
• Support vendor and academy resource management for high-quality delivery.
