Job summary

Hi-Bolt is seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Trainer to join our team in Melbourne’s south‑east suburbs. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of hands-on and online training programs for automotive technicians and customers, shaping the future of technical training in the automotive sector.

You will research cutting-edge technologies, manage a digital resource library, and build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships to support growth and knowledge sharing within

Qualifications

• Strong automotive mechanical repair and diagnostic experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering training, facilitating workshops, or developing course content (highly regarded).
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to travel interstate when required.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging automotive training programs, both in-person and online.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to keep training content current and relevant.
• Maintain and expand our digital library of technical resources and industry information.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Contribute to new training initiatives and support business growth opportunities.
