Job summary

Airservices Australia in Melbourne or Brisbane invites experienced Technical Training Instructors to join the national Technical Training team. You will develop, maintain and deliver competency-based training across classroom, virtual and blended environments.

Working with technical subject matter experts and operators, you will coach learners, review materials, and ensure regulatory and organisational compliance while contributing to ongoing capability development.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in engineering, technology or related field.
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain.
Experience in regulated or safety-critical environments.
Ability to deliver across face-to-face, virtual and blended learning.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver competency-based technical training across classroom, virtual and blended learning environments.
Develop, review and continually improve training materials and learning solutions.
Coach, mentor and assess learners throughout their development journey.
Partner with technical stakeholders to identify capability needs and learning outcomes.
Maintain training records and ensure regulatory and organisational compliance.
Contribute to ongoing improvement of training programs and learner experience.
