* Dene and implement a comprehensive test strategy covering functional, integration,

regression, and performance testing.

* Drive API and Microservices testing using modern automation frameworks.

Stakeholder Management:

* Collaborate with business, engineering, DevOps, and senior leadership to align testing and

Test Automation & Tooling:

* Lead the adoption of test automation frameworks for API and Microservices testing.

* Implement best practices for performance, security, and non-functional testing.

* Utilize tools like Postman, Rest Assured, Karate, JMeter, Cypress, or Playwright for automated

* Work within an Agile/DevOps setup to drive quality across the software development

lifecycle.

* Identify gaps in existing test processes and introduce modern testing techniques.

* Support a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data-driven insights from testing.
