Job summary

Saltus Group is seeking an experienced ICT Project Officer for a Federal Government team in Barton, ACT, on an initial 3-month contract with a possible 3-month extension. The role is 100% onsite, supporting end users across Australia and overseas and contributing to reliable ICT services.

Key responsibilities include Level 1/2 ICT support, incident management, AD/Azure AD administration, ICT project support, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Baseline Security Clearance is essential.
• Experience delivering ICT support in the Australian Public Service (APS).
• Strong Microsoft on-premises and cloud administration skills.
• Active Directory and Azure AD experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Understanding of ITIL principles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing Level 1/2 ICT support across hardware, software, networking and user accounts.
• Managing and resolving helpdesk requests and incidents.
• Supporting Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments.
• Administering Active Directory, Azure AD, devices and ICT assets.
• Supporting ICT projects, rollouts, upgrades and testing.
• Maintaining documentation, knowledge articles and user guides.
• Supporting cyber security activities, patching and access management.
