Job summary

Patriot Campers is seeking a Customer Support Officer on the Gold Coast to assist customers with product, warranty, service and parts enquiries. You will investigate, troubleshoot and coordinate across technical, production and parts teams to reach timely resolutions.

This role requires listening carefully, communicating clearly and taking ownership to move cases forward while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum strong customer service experience.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear, professional communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple open matters and priorities.
• Experience using CRM/ticketing systems (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot product issues.
• Coordinate with other teams to resolve warranty, service or parts questions.
• Manage support tickets from initial enquiry to resolution in HubSpot.
• Keep customers informed with realistic timelines and outcomes.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate for improvement.
