The City of Karratha is seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead all technical services at the Red Earth Arts Precinct (REAP). You will oversee lighting, sound, AV, staging, rigging and backstage operations to deliver outstanding performances and events for artists and the community.
Reporting to the Community Operations Coordinator, you will manage staff, rostering, training and safety, while coordinating with hirers and production teams to ensure seamless events.

This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the successful operation of all on-stage, backstage and technical aspects of the venue, delivering exceptional experiences for artists, hirers, audiences and the wider community.
Reporting to the Community Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of technical requirements across a diverse program of performances, events and cultural activities. From lighting, sound and audiovisual systems through to stage operations, rigging, staffing and venue safety, you will play a key role in maintaining REAP as a premier performing arts venue in the region.
