Job summary

Charter Hall is seeking a Technical Services Manager to bridge technical complexity with decision making across Asset Management, Property, Capital Works, Operations, ESG and Funds Management. You will translate building services, utilities and lifecycle data into practical insights that drive smarter decisions and long-term value for customers, investors and communities.

You’ll lead energy efficiency initiatives, NABERS ratings and sustainability programs while supporting CapEx and OpEx

Qualifications

Detailed understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, controls, metering and analytics systems in commercial office buildings.
Experience in building services, building optimisation, NABERS and Green Building Principles.

Responsibilities

Turn technical detail into better business decisions by translating data into clear, practical advice for cross-functional teams.
Support building optimisation, energy efficiency, commissioning, tuning and continuous improvement across assets.
Contribute to utility management, environmental certification schemes and ESG-related performance outcomes.
Provide technical analysis, lifecycle planning inputs and business case support for CapEx, OpEx, sustainability and building services projects.
Connect internal teams and external partners to improve reporting and deliver practical outcomes across the portfolio.
