Job summary

Charter Hall Group is seeking a Technical Services Manager to bridge technical detail and business decisions across Asset Management, Property, Capital Works, Operations, ESG and Funds Management. You’ll help connect performance data, lifecycle planning and sustainability to smarter investment in assets.

You’ll contribute to building optimisation, energy efficiency, commissioning and continuous improvement across the Office portfolio while engaging internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, controls, metering and analytics systems in commercial office buildings.
• Experience in building services, building optimisation, NABERS and Green Building Principles.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical matters to non-technical people.
• Knowledge of legislation, standards and operational requirements relating to energy, environment and building services.

Responsibilities

• Translate building services and performance data into clear, practical advice for cross-functional teams.
• Support building optimisation, energy efficiency, commissioning, tuning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to utility management, embedded networks and NABERS ratings.
• Provide lifecycle planning inputs and business case support for CapEx and OpEx projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, service providers and asset teams to improve reporting and processes.
