Job summary

Ottobock Australia is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator based in Norwest. The role blends administration, customer service and coordination of prosthetic equipment, repairs and warranty items, with full product training provided.

You will manage trials, service requests and loan equipment, liaising with customers, clinicians and the sales team to ensure timely, accurate outcomes and a high level of service support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in admin, office coordination, marketing support or customer service.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Managing the Technical Services inbox.
• Raising trial, service and repair requests within SAP.
• Coordinating loan equipment to meet customer requirements.
• Preparing quotes, purchase orders and customer billing.
• Following up customers and internal stakeholders regarding outstanding information, loan extensions and equipment returns.
• Working closely with the Sales team to support customer service outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate data entry and records management.
• Following established work instructions, policies and processes.
• Unpacking and checking incoming equipment.
• Booking loan equipment in and out of the system.
• Receiving returned items and coordinating their next destination.
• Assisting with the efficient movement and tracking of products through the service and repair process.
