Job summary

Limitless Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer (QLD) to own the Southeast Queensland territory, driving growth across established accounts and new business opportunities. You will engage with procurement, engineering and reliability teams to deliver flow control solutions and tailored presentations.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will partner with internal sales, product specialists and tendering teams to complete accurate quotations and major proposals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical sales or account management in industrial sectors.
• Strong consultative selling and value-based proposals.
• Experience in territory planning and pipeline development.
• Ability to engage with procurement, engineering, and management.
• Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth across SE Queensland with established accounts and new opportunities.
• Engage multidisciplinary teams including procurement, engineering and reliability.
• Prepare quotations and major project proposals with internal teams.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and CRM activity.
• Hit and exceed defined sales targets.
• Collaborate with product specialists and project delivery teams.
