Job summary

PaySafeGo, an Australian RegTech platform, seeks an experienced Technical Account Manager to represent the company across Australia. You will lead onboarding, integration, and enablement while building lasting relationships with clubs, pubs and casinos.

Your expertise in AML/CTF obligations and gaming systems will help customers maximise value. You will coordinate with Product, Implementation and Support teams, monitor health, and proactively address technical issues.

Qualifications

• : Minimum 5 years in gaming, hospitality or RegTech.
• : Understanding AML/CTF obligations for venues is advantageous.
• : Strong network with decision-makers in clubs, pubs, casinos and industry bodies.
• : Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• : Self-motivated with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• : Experience with gaming systems in Australian venues adds advantage.
• : Ability to build relationships at all staff levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Lead customer onboarding, solution implementation, and technical enablement activities.
• Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations to maximise platform value.
• Coordinate with Product, Implementation and Support teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor customer health, identify opportunities for improvement, and address issues.
• Support customers with solution configuration, integration planning, upgrades, and adoption of new features.
• Assist with technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Gather customer feedback and translate business requirements into product enhancements.
• Ensure customers are informed about product updates, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Contribute to customer retention and long-term success through proactive account management.
• Maintain documentation of engagements, configurations, and implementations.
