Job summary

Qantas Airways is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Airline Operations to drive technology transformation at the heart of our operations. You will lead the transformation of Crew planning, rostering and tracking capabilities and data enablement for workforce planning.

The role partners with senior stakeholders to deliver end-to-end lifecycle accountability across plan, build and run for assigned business capabilities and technology components.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience as a senior IT business partner and/or IT manager with end-to-end accountability across delivery, implementation and run.
• Experience within Airline Operations preferred and familiarity with legacy systems.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage suppliers and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Drive technology transformation across Airline Operations with accountability for plan, build and run.
• Lead transformation of Crew planning, rostering and tracking capabilities and data enablement for workforce planning.
• Develop and drive roadmaps aligned to the five-year strategic plan and counsel senior stakeholders.
