Job summary

Allura Partners is seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive discovery, implementation, adoption and optimisation of technology products across a diverse AI portfolio. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams and Senior Product Managers to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

You will support roadmap planning, governance, risk considerations and data sovereignty, using data to track product performance and guide adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with a product mindset, preferably in financial services.
• Genuine product mindset.
• Strong AI literacy, including practical understanding of generative AI, LLMs.
• Ability to write technical papers and advise senior business stakeholders with equal confidence.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

About the Role

As a Technical Product Owner, you'll drive the discovery, implementation, adoption, and optimisation of technology products across a diverse portfolio. Working with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and Senior Product Managers, you'll translate technical concepts into business outcomes, support roadmap planning, and help ensure products are delivered with clarity, confidence and strong governance.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for stakeholders across multiple business groups
• Support roadmap planning and AI-related risk, governance, and control processes, including policy and data sovereignty considerations
• Use data and insights to track product performance and guide decisions on adoption and improvement
• Balance the needs of a highly federated organisation, helping business groups adopt central AI capability
