Job summary

Tech Aalto is seeking a Principal AI Consultant / AI Architect to drive enterprise AI transformation for a leading banking client. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on AI delivery, engaging with CXOs to define ROI and AI roadmaps.

You will architect scalable AI platforms using LLMs, RAG, and knowledge graphs, mentor engineering teams, and ensure governance and Responsible AI compliance while delivering measurable business outcomes across functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AI/ML engineering or AI solution architecture experience.
• Proven track record delivering measurable business value with AI initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced Principal AI Consultant / AI Architect to drive enterprise AI transformation for a leading banking client. This is more than a hands-on AI engineering role—it requires a consultative mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to engage with business stakeholders, define AI strategy, and help customers adopt AI solutions at scale.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of AI/ML experience, with deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI architectures, along with proven experience implementing AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role also requires someone who understands how to position, pitch, and sell AI initiatives, working closely with business leaders to identify opportunities, define ROI, and build AI transformation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives for banking and financial services clients.
• Engage with CXOs, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Architect scalable AI platforms leveraging LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge systems.
• Drive AI strategy, roadmap definition, and AI adoption across multiple business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Build AI solution proposals, conduct client workshops, and contribute to AI Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives.

• Optimize AI models for scalability, governance, security, and Responsible AI compliance.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of AI/ML Engineering or AI Solution Architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in:
