Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Technical Operations Supervisor to lead the Farleigh Laboratory team. You will ensure delivery of high-quality testing services, manage laboratory operations, and uphold quality systems and compliance.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience in construction materials testing.
• Demonstrated experience in concrete and aggregate testing.
• Sound understanding of NATA accreditation requirements and laboratory quality systems.
• Qualifications in Construction Materials Testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the laboratory, including equipment, maintenance and quality systems.
• Coordinate concrete and aggregate testing programs to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and testing requirements.
• Oversee equipment calibration, servicing and certification schedules.
• Analyse and validate test results using QESTLab, SAP and associated systems.
• Support laboratory staff while promoting a strong safety and quality culture.

**Technical Operations Supervisor**Heidelberg Materials is looking for a Technical Operations Supervisor to lead our Farleigh Laboratory team.
