Job summary

OneHarvest Brisbane is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead Food Safety and Quality at our site. This key leadership role ensures our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance while reporting to the Site Manager and the General Manager of Technical.

You will drive audit readiness, strengthen a food safety culture, and partner with Operations and NPD to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FMCG food manufacturing experience.
• HACCP, GMP, retailer standards (Coles/Woolworths/BRC).
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Food Safety & Quality team.
• Manage FSQMS (HACCP, GMP, allergen, hygiene systems).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and GFSI standards.
• Lead internal and external audits.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee CCP/QCP systems and technical data integrity.
• Partner with Operations and NPD.
• Deliver training across site.
• Build stakeholder relationships.

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Manager and General Manager of Technical, you will lead the site technical function, drive audit readiness, and embed a strong food safety culture.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and GFSI standards
• Lead internal and external audits

• Deliver training across site
