One Harvest Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead Food Safety and Quality at our Brisbane site. This senior role ensures products meet highest safety and quality standards and drives a strong food safety culture across the site.

You will report to the Site Manager and General Manager of Technical, overseeing the FSQ function, audit readiness, and collaboration with Operations and NPD to deliver safe, compliant products for Australian consumers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years FMCG food manufacturing experience.
• HACCP, GMP, retailer standards (Coles/Woolworths/BRC).
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the site Food Safety & Quality team.
• Manage and maintain FSQMS (HACCP, GMP, allergen, hygiene systems).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and GFSI standards.
• Lead internal and external audits.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee CCP/QCP systems and technical data integrity.
• Partner with Operations and NPD.
• Deliver training across site.
• Build stakeholder relationships.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead Food Safety and Quality at our Brisbane site. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Reporting to the Site Manager and General Manager of Technical, you will lead the site technical function, drive audit readiness, and embed a strong food safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
