- Driving performance of enterprise network services including Cisco networking and firewalls.
- Producing and maintaining technology standards, runbooks and governance artefacts.
- Experience managing Network Services engineers.
- Experience evaluating and adopting emerging technologies like SD-WAN, ACI, NSX and SDA.
- Experience in ITIL practices.
