Job summary

Bellcore, a well-established Australian industrial manufacturer, is seeking an Internal Sales Representative for its Perth team based in Welshpool. You will prepare quotations, interpret technical drawings, and coordinate with production while delivering exceptional service.

The role offers a hybrid setup with one day a week working from home. You’ll liaise with mining and OEM customers, build strong relationships, and progress toward becoming a highly technical sales professional through

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service or Sales Support.
• Experience in mining, industrial, manufacturing, engineering sectors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for conveyor and engineered component solutions.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and customer specifications (training provided).
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, production and operations to meet requirements.
• Follow up quotations and identify opportunities to convert enquiries into sales.
• Build relationships with mining, industrial and OEM customers.
• Maintain customer information in CRM and ERP systems.
• Provide technical product advice and outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
