BGIS is looking for an experienced Technical Facilities Manager to support the delivery of technical facilities management services across a national portfolio for one of Australia's most recognised telecommunications organisations. Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, you will work closely with client and BGIS teams to support service delivery, maintenance programs, contractor performance, financial outcomes, and compliance across the portfolio.
Based in Sunshine, this role includes regular travel to client sites, including two sites in Tasmania approximately once a month.
The ideal candidate will be a calm, adaptable, and relationship focused facilities professional who is comfortable working within an evolving environment. You'll bring a steady presence to the team, navigate complex stakeholder conversations with patience and professionalism, and maintain positive working relationships even when priorities shift.
This position is based in Sunshine, with a hybrid arrangement of four days across client sites and the office, and one day working from home. Regular travel to client sites is required, including two Tasmanian sites approximately once a month.
