Qualifications
- Senior-level business analyst with enterprise SDLC delivery.
- Experience translating complex business needs into actionable requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
- Experience with data analysis and BI tools.
- Australian Government Baseline security clearance desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis across the full SDLC with cross-functional teams.
- Map and analyse business processes to identify improvements.
- Elicit, document, validate business and system requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes and prototypes.
- Provide data-driven insights for decision-making and cost estimation.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and validation sessions.
- Maintain and track requirements using DevOps work items.
