Job summary

Hilton Foods Australia is seeking a Technical Coordinator to help ensure product specifications meet customer, regulatory and business requirements. You will coordinate technical data, documentation and specifications, supporting new product development and changes within the Technical Assurance team.

The role requires Food Science or equivalent, 12+ months experience, and strong communication, attention to detail and initiative.

Qualifications

• Food Science or equivalent (required).
• Minimum 12+ months experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain product specifications (raw materials and packaging).
• Support documentation and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with Quality, NPD, Operations, Procurement and Commercial teams.
• Manage specification approvals and version control.
• Assist with new product development and changes.
• Coordinate and support technical product information.
