You will help define requirements and map customer journeys across digital and physical channels as part of a move to an Offer and Order-based operating model.

• Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst within large, complex environments.
• Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping and As-Is / To-Be analysis skills.
• Experience delivering major technology or platform transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of systems, integrations and technology delivery.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, product and technology teams.
• Experience across digital retailing, eCommerce, customer platforms or order management environments would be highly regarded.

We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major Modern Retailing transformation within a large, complex enterprise environment.

This is a significant business and technology transformation focused on modernising how customers purchase, manage and interact with products and services through a new Offer and Order-based environment.

You'll work across Digital, Technology, Commercial and Operational teams, helping define requirements, map complex customer journeys and support the transition from existing platforms and processes.
