Job summary

Great Southern Bank seeks a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs with workflow and intelligent automation in Brisbane. You will translate business requirements into technically actionable items for developers, engineers and architects, focusing on scalable and reusable solutions.

You'll collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and to drive backlog prioritisation and planning across UiPath, Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in complex technology environments.
• Experience with workflow, RPA, APIs, integrations in a business-facing analysis role.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technically precise requirements, use cases and documentation.
• Experience partnering with developers, engineers and architects in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

• Partnering with stakeholders to understand business processes, customer journeys and opportunities for workflow and intelligent automation
• Translating business needs into clear, technically actionable requirements for developers, engineers and architects
• Defining use cases and requirements that balance immediate business outcomes with long-term scalability and reuse
• Identifying opportunities to reuse, consolidate or extend existing solutions across UiPath, Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Producing clear technical and functional documentation that supports delivery, ongoing use and platform understanding
• Working with architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, integration patterns and technology strategy
• Shaping backlog priorities, delivery sequencing and demand to support realistic and transparent planning
• Supporting initiatives from discovery through build, testing and release, resolving ambiguity and keeping business intent clear throughout delivery

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or similar within complex technology environments
• Strong experience working with workflow, RPA, APIs, integrations or distributed systems in a business-facing analysis role
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technically precise requirements, use cases and documentation
• Experience partnering closely with developers, engineers and architects in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
