Job summary

Great Southern Bank seeks a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs with workflow and intelligent automation in Brisbane. You will translate business requirements into technically actionable items for developers, engineers and architects, focusing on scalable and reusable solutions.

You'll collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and to drive backlog prioritisation and planning across UiPath, Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in complex technology environments.
Experience with workflow, RPA, APIs, integrations in a business-facing analysis role.
Ability to translate business requirements into technically precise requirements, use cases and documentation.
Experience partnering with developers, engineers and architects in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, journeys and opportunities for workflow and automation.
Translate business needs into clear, technically actionable requirements for developers and architects.
Define use cases and requirements balancing short-term outcomes with long-term scalability.

Support discovery through build, testing and release with clear business intent.
