Job summary

Beakon, part of Ideagen, is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical contact for a growing portfolio of customers. You will guide onboarding, implement integrations and drive platform adoption across their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Confidence communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and customer relationships.
• Familiarity with SaaS products, APIs, integrations or enterprise software environments is beneficial.

In this customer-facing role, you will act as a trusted technical contact throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through to ongoing platform adoption. You'll work closely with customers, support teams, product specialists and engineers to resolve technical challenges, provide guidance on best practices and ensure customers gain maximum value from the platform.
