Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environments.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business to understand roles and responsibilities and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Utilize all sourcing channels including referrals, internal CRM, career portals, and events.
• Be a subject matter expert on the talent market and contribute ideas to long-range talent landscape.
• Implement processes that align with Amazon's mission to deliver high-quality results.
• Actively participate in recruitment efforts and assess candidates to ensure high standards.
• Manage data associated with the recruitment process and apply data-driven thinking.
• Promote ongoing education of hiring managers and interviewers on best practices.
