Job summary

King Living is seeking a Technology Recruiter for a 6 month fixed term contract to deliver a major technology hiring program, including SAP S/4HANA transformation and an in-house Salesforce engineering team built from scratch.

You will recruit SAP and Salesforce talent, screen with real technical credibility, and partner with architects and hiring managers to move fast and fill specialist roles directly through search, referrals and networks.

Qualifications

• Have recruited SAP talent, ideally on an S/4HANA transformation.
• Have recruited Salesforce talent across development and cloud products.
• Screen with real technical credibility and hold your own with architects and hiring managers.
• Fill specialist roles direct, through search, referrals and networks.
• Give honest feedback to senior leaders, hiring managers and candidates alike.
• Move at pace without needing to be managed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit SAP specialists for S/4HANA transformation across modules and streams.
• Recruit Salesforce engineers, application specialists and integration engineers.
• Source candidates via search, referrals and networks to fill roles.
• Screen with credibility and engage with architects and hiring managers.
• Fill specialist roles directly and efficiently.
• Partner with technology and transformation leaders to hire at scale.
