Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited’s Global Technology & Security team is seeking a Project Coordinator to help deliver technology projects that drive strategic business outcomes. You will work with project managers, technical teams and business stakeholders to coordinate activities, monitor progress and support planning and communications.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience coordinating or supporting the delivery of technology projects.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Strong organisational and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

Support the successful delivery of technology projects aligned to strategic objectives.
Coordinate project activities and monitor progress with managers and teams.
Support planning, communications, and risk/dependency management.
Contribute to continuous improvement across project lifecycles.
