Qualifications

• Senior Engineer or Tech Lead with proven impact.
• Experience across Ruby on Rails, Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS.
• Ability to contribute across the stack with depth in at least one area.
• Experience improving engineering practices and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical decision-making and timing.
• Improve design, build, test, and delivery processes.
• Lead the use of agentic AI tools in development workflows.
