Job summary

Neara in Sydney is seeking an Engineering Team Lead for the Experience Platform to drive usability, performance and visual appeal across desktop and mobile. You will lead a high-performing team, balancing delivery with hands-on system design, while collaborating with Product, Design, Customer Success and Sales to deliver customer value at scale.

This is a hands-on leadership role with formal ownership of platform UX, 3D visualization and performance.

• Technical people-leader with end-to-end delivery responsibility.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and growing engineers at multiple levels.
• Strong partner to Product with customer-outcome focus.
