Job summary

Qantas Loyalty is seeking a Manager, Technology Enablement (Technical Business Analyst) to partner with Tribes and Squads, co-create technology solutions, and translate business needs into technical requirements. You will bridge analytics, product, and delivery teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement across Qantas Loyalty and the broader Qantas Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with diverse stakeholders.
• Significant experience in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Proficiency with Swagger, Postman, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Passion for emergent tech, AI and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system analysis by reviewing system and enterprise architecture to assess technical behaviors and features.
• Document business requirements, workflows, technical rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria with input from teams.
• Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies to support software development and product processes.
• Serve as a liaison to facilitate communication across technical, business, and delivery teams.
• Support task decomposition and assist in estimating workload for project planning.
• Identify opportunities, constraints, risks, and issues impacting projects and operations.
• Investigate, analyze, and report defects to aid in refinement and QA.
