SPIRE Academy in Geneva, Ohio seeks a Director of Campus Operations to lead facilities, maintenance, and event support across the campus. You will oversee building systems, vendor relationships, and operational technology, using data, automation, and AI to drive continuous improvement and exceptional student‑athlete experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to coordinate multiple departments, with readiness for evening and weekend campus events.

Qualifications

• Leadership required across facility ops, events, and campus teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and operations.
• Experience coordinating vendors, budgets, and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop SPIRE’s Campus Operations team.
• Oversee maintenance, preventive programs, inspections, and readiness.
• Manage building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, aquatics).
• Coordinate vendors, purchasing, inventory, and budgets.
• Partner with departments to ensure safe, functional, guest‑ready facilities.
• Support major competitions, camps, and events with prep and teardown.
• Improve processes using facility‑management software and AI tools.
