Job summary

Familyandkids is seeking a Technical Design Manager to lead technology projects across ICT, AV and venue systems. You will guide projects from requirements through handover, coordinating clients, consultants and contractors to deliver practical, integrated solutions.

You will manage multidisciplinary design work, maintain schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across APAC, with opportunities to travel and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing technology design and/or delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of ICT, AV, security, digital infrastructure and systems integration principles.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary designs and interfaces with building services.
• Proven project management skills across programmes, budgets, risks, scope and change control.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with clients, consultants, vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements, scope, priorities and delivery milestones with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate design across ICT, AV, security, digital infrastructure and venue systems.
• Oversee drawings, specifications, schedules and tender documentation for delivery.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and changes with clear reporting.
• Lead coordination with consultants, vendors, contractors and internal teams.
