Job summary

Randstad is seeking a hands-on Change Manager in Bundoora, VIC for a 3 month contract. You will lead change, training and communications across three concurrent technology initiatives within a large organisation's customer-facing domain.

You'll design and deliver training, build communications plans, engage stakeholders at all levels, and run impact assessments to maintain momentum across projects. Flexible daytime hours are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Change Manager on technology-driven change.
• Proven ability to run multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Strong training design and delivery skills.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across large organisations.
• Higher education experience essential.

We're looking for a hands-on Change Manager to lead the people side of three concurrent technology initiatives within a large organisation's customer-facing domain. You'll own change, training and communications across a platform stabilisation, a suite of registration tool improvements, and the rollout of a new online assessment solution.
