Qualifications

• Significant experience in category management, buying, merchandising or a related commercial retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth and profitability.
• Experience developing category strategies and translating insights into actionable plans.
• Passion for technology, innovation and evolving customer needs within Android, mobility or connected tech.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute category strategies and trade plans that deliver sales, profit and market share growth.
• Identify customer, market and technology trends to shape a compelling category proposition across all channels.
• Lead range reviews, pricing strategies, promotional activity and product lifecycle management.
• Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships, leading commercial negotiations and mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Use insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and optimize category performance.
• Partner with Planning, Marketing, Inventory, Finance, Online and Operations teams to bring category strategies to life.
• Drive innovation through new products and services and enhance the customer experience.
• Coach and support team members to contribute to a high-performing category team.
