Job summary

DJC Systems is seeking an Account Manager to join our team on a fixed-term maternity leave contract (approximately 6 months) from our Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast office. You’ll manage an established portfolio, nurture client relationships and identify opportunities to extend value with technology, projects and services.

Based on the Gold Coast, this role emphasizes relationship-building with both clients and internal technical teams to ensure successful outcomes and ongoing commercial activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client-facing commercial roles.
• Experience in technology-focused environments.
• Able to discuss technology at a non-technical level.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established portfolio of client relationships.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Lead regular client reviews and ongoing client meetings.
• Identify opportunities across projects, hardware, software, licensing and services.
• Coordinate renewals and other commercial requirements.
• Work with DJC Systems' service, engineering, projects, security and finance teams to ensure delivery.
