Job summary

The Coles Group in Australia is hiring a Fresh Produce Team Member to greet customers and support the display of fresh produce, helping create a welcoming shopping experience.

You’ll be on your feet for long periods, assist with queries, stock shelves and maintain tidy, attractive displays. Flexible casual shifts across store hours including mornings, evenings and weekends. We offer discounts, opportunities to learn and grow, and a supportive, team-oriented culture.

About the role

Could you be our next Fresh Produce Team Member? Be the friendly face at the start of our customers’ shopping experiences and inspire them with your fresh produce display skills.

About you and your skills

• A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
• To know your stuff, as you’ll be a go‑to person for customer queries
• To be active – you’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
• The availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including early mornings, evenings and weekends)
