The Coles Group is hiring a Team Member for Grocery Nightfill in Australia. You’ll help keep shelves stocked and the store customer ready, with opportunities to work across Dairy and Meat while gaining variety in your day.

About the role

Stock replenishment and nightfill are where teamwork, pace and great customer experiences come together. As a Team Member in Nightfill, you'll help keep our shelves fully stocked and our store looking its best, ensuring customers can find what they need every time they shop.

You’ll start as a Team Member in Grocery Nightfill, helping keep shelves stocked and the store customer ready. As part of your role, you’ll also work across Dairy and Meat, building your skills across multiple departments while enjoying variety in your day.

About you and your skills

• A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
• To know your stuff, as you’ll be a go‑to person for customer queries
• To be active – you’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
• The availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including early mornings, evenings and weekends)
