Coles Hornsby is seeking a Fresh Produce Manager to lead the department, ensuring top-quality fruit and vegetables and an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will coach a team, manage stock rotation, control waste, and uphold health and safety standards while driving sales and store presentation.

Fresh Produce Manager - Coles Supermarkets - Hornsby

About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of our fresh produce department. You’ll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.
